Prospex provides football intelligence software for coaching staffs. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through prospex.cc.

Information we collect

When you send a discovery request, we may collect your name, program or organization, role, email address, phone number, preferred meeting times, area of interest, and the football workflow challenge you describe. We may also receive limited technical information such as country and browser user-agent data for security and reliability.

How we use information

• Respond to requests and schedule product conversations.
• Understand which Prospex capabilities are relevant to coaching staffs.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.

Service providers and sharing

We use infrastructure and communications providers, including Cloudflare, to operate the site and deliver inquiries. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of Prospex.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for business follow-up, security, and legal obligations. We apply technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
